Blog in 5 Minutes:
- I take back what I said about gyms being pretentious and unproductive because of that. Went today and I felt motivated because everyone else around me was working hard. Yeah it still has room for improvement, but I think that's why going to the gym typically works better than working out at home for most people. You're putting yourself in an environment where you're there to work out and surrounded by people working out. Whereas at home your surrounded by couches that invite you to lie down and take a nap lol.
- Work has been getting interesting. Getting exposure to a lot of different things. It's funny, thinking back to the work situation and where i was just at the end of last year, it's totally 2 different pictures. I remember feeling kind of hopeless back in the day when the job search wasn't looking good. Funny how things change so quickly. However, I wouldn't change a thing about that 4 month period I had off. Felt like I grew as a person and that I can truly appreciate what I have now in my current job. It's pretty awesome.
- So had a nutritional meeting today. Did you know Milk has lots of sugar to it? Apparently it does, and that's what my nutrition guide told me. So I've got to try and avoid milk unless it's before noon, when my body can take the extra carbs and sugars and use them.
