Blog in 4 Minutes
So today's my 4 minute blog. I like this system because it lets me blog without getting off track. I think once it reaches the 10 minute mark or so it'll get better and I'll have more full ideas to present. Until then, here's today's bullet points:
- went to the gym for the last hour they were open. Ran on the elliptical for 25 minutes and burnt 392 calories. Is that good? I wish I knew what that was in relativity to the crap I ate. Next time I'll go earlier so I can stay on longer. I wasn't too tired and could have gone on if I had the time. I wear my massive beats by dre headphones while I'm running. It's awesome for just having that sound cancelling and getting into the music, but I'm sure everyone is looking at me like I'm from outer space. Or maybe that's just the gym atmosphere. Does anyone else get the feeling like people are less candid about staring in the gym? Seems kind of pretentious to me, probably the worst part about the gym experience. What if they invented a gym that requires the members to encourage each other and almost have a team mentality? I'd sign up for that so fast.
- speaking of team mentality, I've been playing basketball regularly with Mike's friends at the church on Thursdays. On the topic of team mentality, they don't possess it. lol Well that's not fair, some of them REALLY don't possess it, lets just say that. More on that later. I guess I'm running out of time. Umm... Wow account is active but I don't play. At least I'm not paying for it.

I know you're talking about the elliptical, but have you ever found that actual jogging is WAY THE FUCK harder than treadmill?
To me treadmill is glorified skipping, and jogging is a MOTHER FUCKER!
