The next 'Troy'?

Some of you movie savvy people may know what I'm talking about already. Just today I was able to catch a glimpse of perhaps one of the coolest looking trailers I've seen in a long time.

The movie is called '300' and it's an adaptation of the graphic novel by Frank Miller (the same author who did the Sin City series, and a few Dark Knight novels). Anyhow, for those of you who don't know, Frank is notorious for his gritty and realistic characters, and interesting/down to earth plot lines. This movie specifically depicts the tale of the 300 spartan warriors who fought against the HUGE persian army back in the day. It looks to be an awesome movie packed with tons of great fights and effects. This is probably one of my most anticipated movies on the list (now that I've seen Fearless). Check out the trailer.

It reminds me of a mix between Gladiator and Troy. Both movies in which I truly enjoyed, Troy especially.
