Lately for some reason for the last few months of blogging, I've felt that my blog has been lacking some substance for one reason or another. And for a while, it was really bothering me why I couldn't write any intriguing or thought provoking blog like I used to be able to. Then it finally hit me like a brick, why my blogs were eating it so much.
I've finally after so long determined that the problem lies in my motives for blogging. I know it doesn't seem so groundbreaking of a thought so far, but gimme a second biatch! ANYWAY, I figured it was because I started to use my blog as more of a bulletin board/invitation posting to anything that was happening in my life. Think of a brochure advertising some kind of upcoming event, and you have my blog right in your hands.
But yeah in the whole thought scheme, I finally noticed that I've been talking to the readers of the blog more than myself (I always think I have way more viewers than I actually do).
Regardless, the point of this whole realization is to revolutionize my blogging once again. I've decided that, like how many other ppl manage their blogs, I'm gonna use mine as a personal journal if you will. That means no more talking to anyone, or trying to write about stuff that ppl want to hear about. It's gonna come straight from me.
Coming soon to a monitor near you....? (yeah that sounded gay).
