I'm cold and hungee.....
Yeah that's right, it's close to 6:30 in the morning and I'm sure most of you wouldn't expect me to be anywhere close to awake at such a time let alone be blogging. Well the main reason is not because I actually went to bed early (that would be wise of me), but that I couldn't get to sleep anymore because of either having too much sun come into my bedroom windows, or being too nervous about my first day at the bank job today. Yeah I think it's gonna be one huge responsibility and step up from blockbuster to be handling ppl's money and ultimately, ppl's future. Man I hope I don't fuck up....
Anyhow, since I have a good hour until I actually leave to work, I'll make this a decently long blog.
Basically with the whole bank thing, the manager says I'll be expected to work every single weekday now. Seems like they're in harsh need for an extra person, but that's cool with me considering everyone's had a good month and a half head start on me in the working department. I won't mind at all when I get my first fat cheque. What I'm saving for, I'm not exactly sure yet...
As for blockbuster, I don't know if I've said already but I'll be working shifts during the weekends now. I'm gonna see how that whole thing works out because I know it's very easy to tire yourself out, especially in my case for anyone who knows the fact that I have next to zero stamina at all. I'm also kinda bummed out because ever since the whole availability change at blockbuster, my first weekend consists of working during church, and my in-car driving hours. I should probably get to fixing that...
Speaking of my driving course, I'm finally done the in-class portion! As many ppl who have their licenses know, the very last class consists of a 25 question test based on what you learned in the course. Just having wrote that yesterday, I was so fricken nervous coming up to it. I'm not sure if it's the same for every school, but for AMA you have to score an 80% or higher to pass the test, which is a pretty high margin when you do next to no studying. It's kinda funny and ironic at the same time when I see myself wasting away the hours that I could have been studying for that really important test, only to find myself stressing out as much as possible during the class before the test. Man was I worried about that stupid test. I've heard from everyone that it's supposed to be such a joke of a test and that they pretty much cheated off one another blatently while writing the test. But knowing that AMA are gonna be stiff-assed bastards about the whole thing, I knew already that it wouldn't be the case for us. Thankfully though, after all the last minute sweating, I only got 2 wrong during the test and passed with a 92%.
Also I wanted to mention Ryan's blog. He was pretty much saying how he was expected to reply to my blog in a harsh manner, and that he wasn't going to sink so low to do that online. I just pretty much wanted to say that in no way at all was my previous blog's intention to offend or make fun of Ryan in any kind of way. I'm not quite sure which part of the blog could have been misinterpreted, but pretty much with the whole splinter cell thing I wanted to just illustrate how a difference of taste between two friends can be healthy, and with the whole "how to make an interesting blog" section, I did not mean to emulate or put down anyone's blog directly. As most of the ppl reading my blog will find, I tend to put matters into a more general sense just as a precaution. But if I did offend Ryan at all with anything I said, I just want to apologize for it and reassure him that it was completely unintentional. Of course if he still needs to talk about it, like he said on his blog, he can strike that up with me in private. I also want to apologize to anyone else who may wrongfully feel offended by my last blog.
With that out of the way, the longest day of year is coming up! For those of you who don't know when it is, it falls on the 21st of June. What's great about the whole thing is that that day just happens to fall on our weekly traditional Monday Night outdoors event. So I'm hoping we can get a decently big crowd to do whatever outdoors after a long 3 week hiatus. To everyone whose interested after reading this blog, lemme know on the tagboard, or call me up. The more ppl the better.
I know this blog is kinda just going on and on from this point, but I wanted to mention that I got the pictures from the BBQ all uploaded into my comp now. The only problem is that I'm kinda weary to put them on the internet, as some of the girls that appear in the pictures have had some creepy semi-stalker problems in the past. So I'm going to make absolutely sure it's fine to post them on the internet before I become to hasty. But in the mean-time, I guess I can post the ones of my other friends.
Frick it's almost time to get going. You guys are gonna make me late for work at this rate!
Seacrest Out!
