Well I just noticed that I got my 1000th hit on my page which is kinda cool. Of course that actually has no bearing considering I visit my own page 4-5 times a day because of boredom. Oh well, it's cool anyway!
Just a few things that I've been doing lately. Basically everything besides studying. I remember when the semester was in and I saw the huge gap between my econ final which is this friday and my last final before that which was last saturday, and I felt relieved because it would give me some really good time to study and ace this econ test. Yeah.................it's not gonna happen. Why does it have to work out that some people get off finals so early? It's so friggin distracting...
Anyhow, the time that I've spent away from studying I've been investing into more productive means like counting the amount of change that I've accumulated in my house, honing my ninja skills by ending the game Ninja Gaiden for Xbox. I'll say right now that that game is one of the best if not the very best games for Xbox today. The cinematics are amazing, versatile interface, RPG like quests, intelligent A.I. and difficulty that is more than challenging if you ask any avid Gaiden player. That game gets a 4.8/5. The reason why it misses the .2 is because the camera angle could have been better, but I can also see the difficulty in making ideal camera angles in that game.
I also watched the movie "The Suburbans" starring Jennifer Love Hewitt and Will Ferell. It's a comedy about an old 80's band trying to go through the band revival thing in the late 90's only to be ridiculed by media and fans. It was an ok movie, but it helped me come to a conclusion about something. I have yet to see a movie starring Jennifer Love Hewitt where she does not blatantly show her cleavage/bra/panties or anything fo that matter to the camera. Not that I mind or anything like that, but I really think despite popular beliefs, that she has some real acting talent and that she shouldn't have to rely on stereotypical exploits. Who knows, maybe she'll flash the camera in Garfield the movie and it'll actually make the movie worth watching...
Garfield the Movie....................WHY?!?!?!?!??!
Also I've been thinking about what I should do for my birthday party on the 8th. To tell you the truth, I'm still not even exactly set on it being a dinner at a restaurant. I'm thinking maybe even a potluck might be possible at my house, saving everyone the expense and inconvenience of going to a restaurant. As for activities afterwards I've been meaning to make it something that everyone will enjoy and as well keep all the guests together. So ideas such as a movie or bowling comes to mind. Or who knows, maybe we can even go out to the field and enjoy the nice weather with a few sports. That's if the ladies are willing...
That's it for me, the end seems so close yet so far away.........
Seacrest Out.
