The Rant of Rants... (From my point of view, take it for no more face value than that)

Earlier today I was just in the shower and did some of my deep thinking. Now what came across my attention was just the way that ppl act. Here's what I mean specifically.

Now it's no secret that nowadays, youth are becoming more and more of punks. This can be seen in asians, natives and all kinds of ethnicities. Now this has become a big mystery on why such a thing is happening with the detioration of the youth. Of course, the easiest thing to blame is media because of the "horrible" video games and "needless violence" in movies. Now what I have to say about that is, if your kids are taking such things for face value, then it's obvious that you haven't been a good parents. Obviously, the kids didn't have enough values or education taught to them when they were younger for the fact that they have to learn about the "real world" through media.

Also this brings me to my other point of which the media is seen as such a bad influence with everything. People always think that "monkey see, monkey do". Here's a tidbit for ya: we're not monkeys! If we know better, we know that some things on TV should be ignored. And I think to a degree that kids are able to do that nowadays, or atleast I hope.

What I truly believe to be the big cause of such a downward spiral in youth, is the problem of association through peer pressure. More on this later because Helen needs to use the comp :P
